Roles & Responsibilities:

• Develop and author build plans and fabrication processes for aircraft electrical wire harnesses
• Design and define structured manufacturing workflows for wire harness assembly and installation
• Assist in preparing detailed work instructions for installing wire harnesses and electrical components in aircraft panels and assemblies
• Work closely with engineering and production teams to ensure accurate implementation of wiring designs
• Provide hands-on support on the shop floor for wiring, harness assembly, and cable routing activities
• Ensure adherence to quality standards, safety regulations, and aerospace manufacturing guidelines
• Support troubleshooting and resolution of assembly and installation issues during production
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve manufacturing efficiency and process accuracy
