Product Developer

Key Deliverables:

• Architect Fixed Wireless Access (FWA), IoT devices, and mmWave small cells integrating 4G/5G, Wi-Fi, and Ethernet interfaces.
• Define technical specifications and system design documents adhering to 3GPP, IEEE, ETSI, and regulatory standards.
• Lead system integration across hardware, firmware, and software with a focus on broadband performance and reliability.
• Drive innovation in 5G NR, carrier aggregation, and backhaul technologies to support new product releases.
• Prepare technical documentation for internal and external stakeholders ensuring compliance and traceability.

Role Responsibilities:

• Lead and mentor a technical team focusing on system design and integration.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with hardware, software, QA, and product teams for seamless delivery.
• Interface with ODMs, SoC vendors (e.g., Qualcomm, Mediatek), and partners to ensure alignment and integration success.
• Troubleshoot and optimize connectivity, throughput, and device-network performance using tools like QXDM, ELT.
• Guide system validation, certification (FCC, GCF/PTCRB), and field issue resolution for 4G/5G/IoT broadband devices.
