Product Designer III

• As a Product Designer III on the Innovaccer Design team, you will be a key driver in shaping the strategic direction of our product solutions and design methodologies.
• Collaborating with product managers, engineers, and fellow designers, you will spearhead innovative solutions that solve complex user problems while aligning with business objectives.
• Your role will be to convert intricate business needs into intuitive, user-centric designs while actively mentoring junior designers and upholding our design principles.
• You will assist design leadership in creating and executing annual design roadmaps, breaking down high-level strategies into focused sprints that align with product vision and business goals.
• Your work will rapidly iterate to produce transformational product improvements. Leveraging data, user research, and your design skills, you'll refine your solutions to deliver anticipated outcomes.
• The ideal candidate has a proven track record of leading end-to-end design efforts, from concept through release and post-launch analysis, within dynamic cross-functional teams.
• You'll build strategic partnerships with Product, Engineering, and Customer Success teams and demonstrate a systems-thinking approach that extends beyond digital products into holistic, cross-channel experiences.
• As a senior member of the team, you will also mentor and support the development of junior designers, ensuring that design standards and best practices are followed.

A Day in the life

• Lead the creation and iteration of complex flows, prototypes, and high-fidelity visuals.
• Partner closely with Product, Design, and Engineering teams to navigate roadblocks and ensure timely project completion.
• Conduct and synthesize research to ensure customer needs are met and the right problems are being solved.
• Lead design reviews, sharing work regularly with peers, leadership, and customers.
• Mentor and guide junior designers, providing feedback on product strategy and interaction design.
• Dedicate time to strategic thinking and assess how design decisions influence business outcomes.

What You Need

• 5+ years of product design experience
• Expertise in presenting to customers and stakeholders at a strategic level
• Extensive experience building and refining prototypes that effectively communicate interaction behaviors
• Strong advocacy for iterative design approaches in agile product development environments
• Mastery of Figma and other design/product management tools
• Experience working with and contributing to scalable design systems
• Proven ability to thrive in fast-paced environments and manage shifting priorities
• Attention to visual craft, including composition, typography, and layout.

Preferred Experience :

• U.S. Healthcare industry knowledge and expertise
• Experience designing both B2B, B2C, and SaaS products and experiences
• Bachelors degree in design, human-computer interaction (HCI), or a related field, postgraduate degree preferred for people manager roles or equivalent professional experience
• Experience using A.I. tools and a strong understanding of A.I. user experiences
