We are looking for a Customer Service Trainer who will be responsible for ensuring employees are well-trained in product knowledge, process understanding, and soft skills. The role involves delivering effective training programs, evaluating trainee performance, and maintaining high-quality standards across the process.
The trainer will also design competency tests, implement new training techniques, and continuously improve existing training methods to enhance overall performance.
Experience:
• Minimum 2 years as a Trainer in relevant line of business
Qualification:
• Any Graduate
• Knowledge of adult learning techniques and training effectiveness measures
Location: Ameerpet -Hyderabad
Key Responsibilities:
• Deliver engaging training sessions using various training methods
• Facilitate learning by integrating practical knowledge and experience
• Review and evaluate trainee performance
• Collect and act on participant feedback
• Modify training approaches based on outcomes
• Ensure active participation in training sessions
• Identify individual and group training needs
Skills Required:
• Excellent communication (verbal & written)
• Ability to handle batches of 20–25 new hires
• Experience in onboarding coordination and training delivery
• Ability to maintain training records and analyze performance
• Basic Excel knowledge and presentation skills
• Ability to provide constructive feedback
• Capability to drive process certification and skill improvement
• Ability to improve new hire performance (0–30 days) and retention
