Your Role And Responsibilities

As a Manager - Finance and Administration Delivery, you are responsible for project service request management, delivery status reporting, and financial forecasting, reporting, and analysis. The role focuses on developing and improving the day-to-day PMA operations to make them more efficient.

Your Primary Responsibilities Include

• Manage service delivery of Procure to Pay (P2P) processes in scope.
• Oversee invoice processing, vendor master management; handle query resolution, indexing, Invoice reconciliation, and accounts reporting activities.
• Ensure Service Level Agreements (SLA) are met for both timelines and accuracy.
• Ensure correct financial treatment of the team’s transactions.
• Maintain a strong Internal control environment.
• Lead Special Projects and manage customer expectations.
• Ensure feedback is provided for the process.
• Systematically identify, analyze, and resolve issues and problems to deliver optimal solutions on time.
  
  

Preferred Education

Master's Degree

Required Technical And Professional Expertise

• Minimum 10 years of experience in Finance and Accounts.
• Proven ability to draw conclusions and recommendations from data trends and comparisons.
• Demonstrated knowledge to work cross-functionally across finance, operations, and matrixed structures.
• Hands-on experience to support efforts aimed at improving revenue and/or minimizing costs through effective execution of project management processes.
• Using process knowledge, dedicatedly identify areas of concern for the Project Management team.
• Ability to complete assigned tasks within a defined schedule and in accordance with established procedures and mentorship.
