Your Role And Responsibilities

As Senior Process Analyst - Record to Report (R2R), you will be accountable for general accounting tasks, including reconciliations, preparation of Balance Sheet and Profit and Loss account, Fixed Assets accounting, Inter-Company accounting, and Cash & Bank Accounting financial analysis and reporting.

Your Primary Responsibilities Include

• Co-ordinate all accounting activities related to General Ledger, with a focus on fixed assets, inter-company, inventory, cash and bank, indirect tax, and accruals.
• Detect risks or opportunities impacting revenues, costs, and profitability, and recommend appropriate actions.
• Follow client SLA's (Service Level Agreements) and meet required timelines.
  
  

Preferred Education

Master's Degree

Required Technical And Professional Expertise

• Commerce graduate with a minimum of 4-6 years of experience in the Record to Report (R2R) domain.
• Experience in preparing Balance Sheets, managing Month-End Close, Fixed Assets, Inter-Company, and Cash Reconciliations.
• Post Journal entries and record transactions in the ERP.
• Demonstrated expertise in coordinating audits and managing customer expectations.
• Proven ability to manage report updates for Management reviews

• Skilled in MS Office applications and any ERP software as an end-user.
• Driven individual capable of working independently toward agreed targets/goals.
• Ability to operate under tight timelines and experience participating in change management initiatives.
• Continuously develop technical skills by attending educational workshops, reviewing publications, etc.
