Key Responsibilities

As a Process Analyst – Order to Cash (O2C), your primary duties will involve managing Accounts Receivable, processing and reconciling daily cash applications, preparing journal entries, maintaining records, and conducting general account reconciliations. Flexibility to work in shifts is required.

Your Main Duties Include

• Analyzing receivable accounts, investigating entries, and compiling audit preparation work.
• Participating in netting instructions, executing Direct Debit runs, handling Direct Debit rejections, and updating Oracle.
• Investigating unapplied payments, correcting them, and ensuring accurate allocation.
• Providing information related to customer payments, refunds, and various accounts receivable inquiries.
• Complying with client Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and adhering to established timelines.
  
  

Preferred Education

Master's Degree

Essential Technical And Professional Expertise

• Commerce graduate with 2-4 years of experience in Order to Cash.
• Proficient in enhancing cash application automation, increasing touchless cash settlement, and reducing complexity and instability within assigned accounts.
• Demonstrated ability to meet accuracy and timeliness objectives, achieving personal and business metrics while collaborating with customers, sales, and finance for enhancements.
• Hands-on experience in optimizing cash application automation, maximizing touchless cash settlement, and minimizing complexity and instability in assigned accounts.

• Competent in MS Office applications and familiar with ERP software as an end-user.
