Your Responsibilities

In the role of Process Analyst – Order to Cash (O2C), you will manage Accounts Receivable tasks, including posting and reconciling daily cash applications, preparing journal entries, maintaining records, and conducting general account reconciliations. Flexibility to work in shifts is essential.

Your Key Duties Include

• Analyzing receivable accounts, investigating entries, and preparing audit documentation.
• Participating in netting instructions, executing Direct Debit runs, managing Direct Debit rejections, and updating Oracle systems.
• Investigating unapplied payments, rectifying discrepancies, and ensuring appropriate allocation.
• Providing insights related to customer payments, refunds, and various accounts receivable inquiries.
• Complying with client Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and adhering to established timelines.

Master's Degree

Essential Technical And Professional Skills

• A degree in commerce with 2-4 years of relevant experience in Order to Cash.
• Proficient in optimizing cash application automation, enhancing touchless cash settlements, and simplifying complexities within assigned accounts.
• Demonstrated ability to meet accuracy and timeliness objectives, achieving both individual and organizational metrics while collaborating with customers, sales, and finance for continuous improvements.
• Proven hands-on experience in automating cash applications, maximizing touchless cash settlements, and reducing complexity and instability in assigned accounts.

• Proficient in MS Office applications and familiar with ERP software as an end-user.
