PROCESS DELIVERY SPECIALIST-LEAD TO CASH

Your Role And Responsibilities

As a Senior Process Analyst – Order to Cash (O2C), you will be tasked with managing Accounts Receivable, which includes posting and reconciling daily cash applications, preparing journal entries, maintaining records, and conducting general account reconciliations. Flexibility to work in shifts is required.

Your Primary Responsibilities Include

• Analyzing receivable accounts, investigating entries, and preparing audit documentation.
• Involving in obtaining instructions, executing direct debit runs, handling direct debit rejections, and updating Oracle.
• Investigating unapplied payments, correcting them, and ensuring accurate allocation.
• Providing information related to customer payments, refunds, and other inquiries concerning accounts receivable.
• Complying with client Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and deadlines.
  
  

Preferred Education

Master's Degree

Required Technical And Professional Expertise

• Commerce graduate with 3-6 years of experience in Order to Cash (O2C), possessing fundamental accounting knowledge and familiarity with various accounting principles.
• Hands-on experience in enhancing cash application automation, achieving touchless cash settlement, and minimizing cash application complexity and instability within assigned accounts.
• Previous experience in monitoring customer account statuses and evaluating cash application outcomes against established critical metrics, goals, and objectives.
• Demonstrated experience in creating and utilizing reports to analyze relevant account data.
• Experience in collaborating and negotiating with customers, sales teams, and finance departments to drive improvements.
• Working knowledge to identify and execute action plans and process enhancements with guidance.

• Proficiency in MS Office applications and experience with any ERP software as an end-user.
• A driven individual capable of working autonomously towards set targets/goals.
• Ability to operate under tight deadlines and participation in change management initiatives.
• Actively participating in team meetings to share information, with a proven ability to achieve both individual and organizational metrics.
• Improving technical skills through educational workshops, reviewing publications, etc.
