Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
Project Delivery & Coordination
- Manage and oversee end-to-end project delivery activities within defined timelines and scope.
- Analyse new business requirements, define solution approaches, and provide accurate effort estimations.
- Prepare, publish, and monitor detailed project plans, including activity schedules and milestones.
- Perform change impact assessments and communicate outcomes to relevant stakeholders.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth project execution and timely delivery.
Solution Design & Model-Based Architecture
- Independently create future-state solution designs using predefined process artifacts within the Model-Based Solution framework.
- Contribute to solution enhancements by analysing new requirements and extending existing models or domains.
- Develop capability assets using standard process artifacts, ensuring alignment with organizational methodologies.
- Support the development of reusable solution components that enhance consistency and quality across projects.
Stakeholder Management
- Engage with business, technical, and functional stakeholders to clarify requirements and communicate solution impacts.
- Maintain strong coordination with internal and external teams to ensure alignment on project goals and deliverables.
Sales & Pre-Sales Support
- Contribute to sales activities by generating leads and conducting independent follow-ups.
- Assist in proposal building, solution presentations, and customer discussions as required.
Process Assessment & Quality Assurance
- Conduct process assessments and audits for Model-Based Solutions using predefined templates and guidelines.
- Identify areas of improvement and propose enhancements for process compliance and quality outcomes.
Knowledge Management & Collaboration
- Participate in internal knowledge-sharing sessions and actively contribute to team learning.
- Independently document insights, reusable components, and best practices to enrich the Knowledge Repository.
- Mentor junior team members and support capability building across the team.
