Key Responsibilities:
Client Experience:
- Outstanding Client Service: Provide exceptional service, ensuring clients' needs are met and expectations are exceeded.
- Lead Management: Organize, follow-up, and record leads, schedule and complete appointments, and close customer requests in a timely and efficient manner.
- Relationship Building: Establish long-term relationships with clients by understanding their financial goals and aspirations, offering personalized advice and solutions.
Financial Needs & Solutions:
- Tailored Financial Guidance: Assist clients in managing, growing, and protecting their wealth by offering appropriate investment solutions that align with their career and life stage.
- Market Trends Awareness: Stay up-to-date with current market trends, new financial products, and the latest campaigns to provide the most relevant solutions to clients.
Sales & Business Development:
- Sales-Driven Approach: Proactively identify opportunities to cross-sell and upsell financial products based on clients' needs.
- Product Knowledge: Continuously learn about new products and services to stay competitive and relevant in providing financial solutions.
- Relationship Development: Engage with clients in an ongoing manner to build strong, trust-based relationships and secure repeat business.

Skills and Experience:
