Principle Associate IT

Responsibilities:

• Provide operational support and configuration management for Windows Servers.
• Handle backup configuration and support routine backup validation.
• Troubleshoot monitoring alerts and ensure timely resolution.
• Address Identity and Access Management (IAM) queries.
• Act as L2 support for application-related problems and triage issues to the respective application support teams.
• Maintain IT User Zones and Application Availability Groups across Azure and local infrastructure.
• Participate in IT infrastructure transformation, integration, and segregation initiatives.
• Collaborate with Monitoring, Cloud, Compute, Network, and Application teams to deliver cohesive IT services.
• Take ownership of incoming support requests and manage escalations.
• Assist in preparing operational documentation, internal communications, and process definitions.
