Principal Software Engineer

Key Responsibilities

• Design and develop software components for physical verification applications including DRC, LVS, Advanced Fill, and PERC.
• Build data analysis, profiling, debugging, and performance optimization tools to improve product efficiency and scalability.
• Research and implement data-driven optimization techniques for geometric and topological processing algorithms.
• Analyze, troubleshoot, and resolve software issues in large-scale semiconductor design databases.
• Develop and maintain high-performance software solutions using C++ and Python.
• Collaborate with R&D, Product Engineering, and global development teams on feature development and product enhancements.
• Perform software profiling, performance tuning, and memory optimization activities.
• Support advanced physical verification methodologies for leading-edge semiconductor technologies.
• Participate in architecture discussions, design reviews, code reviews, and testing activities.
• Drive quality improvements through robust software engineering practices and validation methodologies.
• Contribute to continuous innovation in physical verification technology and EDA product development.
