Key Responsibilities

• Lead architecture, design, and development of scalable, resilient, enterprise-grade products.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into high-quality software solutions.
• Mentor and guide junior and mid-level engineers on best practices, design patterns, and development methodologies.
• Establish coding standards, perform code reviews, and ensure alignment with technical and business goals.
• Troubleshoot complex coding problems, perform root cause analysis, and improve operational and product performance using metrics/KPIs.
• Implement and maintain security measures and monitor data privacy in software solutions.
• Contribute to innovation and the technical vision of web and mobile applications.
• Work with multi-geography teams to share expertise and contribute to global engineering practices.
