Responsibilities

AI Identity Architecture & Design

• Design and evolve AI identity reference architectures.
• Build identity systems for agentic AI workloads and autonomous systems.
• Define lifecycle management for Non-Human Identities (creation, rotation, revocation).

Authentication & Authorization Systems

• Implement continuous authentication mechanisms for AI agents.
• Design risk-based and adaptive authorization models.
• Build delegated authority frameworks for AI systems.
• Implement policy-as-code for access control enforcement.

Security & Governance

• Define audit, compliance, and observability frameworks for AI agent actions.
• Ensure secure identity governance across distributed systems.
• Implement runtime trust evaluation and access validation mechanisms.

Platform Engineering & Automation

• Build automation for identity lifecycle management and credential governance.
• Develop scalable distributed identity services.
• Use Python / PowerShell for automation and operational tooling.

Cloud & Infrastructure Security

• Work with cloud identity platforms (Azure, AWS, GCP).
• Design workload identity and API security models.
• Work with Kubernetes workload identity and service mesh (preferred).

Leadership & Collaboration

• Mentor engineering teams and define best practices.
• Partner with security, platform, and architecture teams.
• Drive engineering standards and design consistency across teams.
