- 9 to 12 years of experience in developing web applications using Microsoft technology stack
- Strong experience in ASP.NET-based web development
- Proven experience with design patterns and SOLID principles
- Experience in designing and working with n-tier architecture solutions
- Exposure to at least one SOA-based project
- Prior experience working in Agile/SCRUM environments
- Experience with TDD, BDD, and UML practices
- Experience leading technical teams and providing design and implementation guidance
- Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
