Principal Software Developer

Key Responsibilities:

• Architect, design, and implement high-scale, resilient software services.
• Collaborate with engineering teams to provide technical leadership and guidance across the organization.
• Deliver high-quality, maintainable, and scalable code using Java, GoLang, C#, or similar object-oriented languages.
• Operate and maintain mission-critical services in a highly distributed, cloud-scale environment.
• Recommend and justify major changes to products, establishing consensus using data-driven approaches.
• Balance speed and quality, driving iterative and incremental improvements in products.
• Foster a culture of operational excellence and proactive problem-solving within your teams.
• Provide mentorship to engineers and contribute to knowledge sharing and best practices.
