Principal Product Designer

Summary:

We are seeking a passionate designer who loves design craft and excels in collaboration throughout all phases of the design cycle. The role requires a creative problem solver and an advocate for beautiful and seamless customer experiences. Must be willing to work mornings or evenings for meetings.

Responsibilities:

• Apply strategic thinking to design and deliver innovative end-to-end user experiences optimized for user needs, business goals, and technological realities across web and mobile platforms.
• Take ideas and concepts and visualize them effectively and compellingly for internal leaders, partners, and customers.
• Deliver user experience visions, UI specifications, wireframes, and prototypes.
• Drive usability testing and rapid feedback cycles with customers to inform iteration, refinement, and launch of prioritized concepts and features.
• Collaborate effectively with researchers, product management, engineering, marketing, and other team members to set expectations for project scope and delivery, and communicate and refine solutions.
• Use facilitative leadership skills to drive the best outcomes for stakeholders, resulting in others learning from you and inspiring others to want to work with you.

Requirements:

• 5 years of relevant experience.
