Principal Hardware Architect

• Lead system architecture and integration for Wireless LAN Access Points (WLAN APs) supporting FTTH and FWA networks.
• Drive the technical strategy and end-to-end system design of wireless solutions, ensuring alignment with product requirements and industry protocols.
• Oversee integration of hardware, firmware, and software components, ensuring robust and scalable wireless performance.
• Ensure compliance and optimal integration with device/cloud management protocols such as TR-69, TR-369, and OpenSync.

Role Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize WiFi coverage, RF performance, and product reliability.
• Develop and integrate embedded software using C/C++/Python on Linux-based platforms.
• Implement networking protocols (TCP/IP, VLAN, bridging) and integrate SoC SDKs and platforms like OpenWRT.
• Interface with chipset vendors (e.g., Qualcomm, MediaTek, Realtek) and utilize advanced WiFi features and interfaces (cfg80211, nl80211).
• Support development of PON-enabled CPE devices and enhance user-facing functionality in line with evolving network standards.
