Principal Full Stack Developer - Oracle Health

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the design, architecture, and development of full stack web applications (UI, API, databases, and cloud infrastructure).
• Translate business requirements into technical solutions by collaborating with cross-functional teams.
• Identify and address performance, security, and scalability challenges.
• Uphold coding best practices and conduct peer code reviews to maintain high-quality standards.
• Mentor junior engineers and promote a culture of technical growth and continuous learning.
• Ensure deliverables meet Oracle's quality, security, privacy, and compliance requirements.
• Contribute to strategic initiatives and support the adoption of modern software engineering practices.

Key Qualifications:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related discipline, or equivalent hands-on experience.
• 8+ years of professional experience in full stack software development.
• Expertise in front-end frameworks (React, Angular, or similar) and back-end technologies (Java, Node.js, Python, or similar).
• Strong understanding of software architecture patterns, design patterns, data structures, and scalable designs.
• Experience with DevOps practices and tools (Docker, Kubernetes, Jenkins, GIT, CI/CD).
• Solid experience with cloud platforms (Oracle Cloud, AWS, Azure).
• Proven track record of leading complex projects and mentoring other engineers.
• Excellent communication, collaboration, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
