Principal Education Application Engineer

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with product engineers, customer support teams, and R&D to identify training needs and skill gaps.
• Develop and maintain training content including lectures, labs, demos, exams, and supporting materials aligned with software releases.
• Design structured learning programs for both classroom and online delivery formats.
• Deliver technical training sessions in classroom and virtual environments.
• Create high-quality instructional videos and online learning content for customers.
• Provide support to learners by resolving queries related to training material and labs.
• Continuously update training content based on tool enhancements and evolving methodologies.
• Ensure accuracy, clarity, and quality in all training documentation and materials.
• Work independently to manage multiple training content development projects.
