Principal Data Scientist - NLP/Machine Learning

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement advanced NLP models to extract meaningful insights from large-scale structured and unstructured healthcare datasets
• Lead the design and development of machine learning algorithms to address complex analytical and predictive problems
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including engineering, product, and clinical stakeholders to design and deploy end-to-end data-driven solutions
• Work closely with business stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into scalable AI/ML solutions
• Design, build, and optimize robust data pipelines to support model training, validation, and deployment workflows
• Continuously evaluate advancements in NLP, machine learning, and deep learning to enhance existing models and solutions
• Provide technical leadership and mentorship to data science teams and ensure best practices in model development and deployment
• Ensure solutions are scalable, reliable, and aligned with business and healthcare objectives
