Principal Data Scientist

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement advanced NLP models and algorithms to analyze, process, and interpret complex healthcare and language-based datasets
• Collaborate with data engineers and technical teams to design scalable data pipelines and data architectures
• Work closely with business stakeholders to identify challenges and build data-driven AI/ML solutions
• Perform detailed data analysis, statistical modeling, and interpretation to support strategic business decisions
• Research and apply the latest advancements in NLP, machine learning, and deep learning technologies
• Lead, mentor, and guide junior data scientists and team members in technical and professional development
• Optimize model performance, scalability, and deployment processes for production environments
• Ensure data quality, model accuracy, and compliance with organizational and healthcare data standards
