Principal Data Scientist

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement advanced machine learning models and statistical algorithms to solve healthcare and business problems
• Collaborate with stakeholders to identify key business challenges and translate them into data science solutions
• Analyze large and complex healthcare datasets to extract actionable insights
• Design and build data visualizations and dashboards for technical and non-technical stakeholders
• Work closely with engineering teams to integrate machine learning models into production systems
• Perform data cleaning, preprocessing, transformation, and feature engineering
• Stay updated with emerging trends, tools, and technologies in data science and healthcare analytics
• Mentor and guide junior data scientists and contribute to team capability building
• Ensure model performance, scalability, and reliability in production environments
• Support experimentation, A/B testing, and data-driven decision-making processes
