Principal Data Scientist

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and deploy advanced NLP models and machine learning algorithms to analyze structured and unstructured healthcare language data.
• Work closely with data engineers to build scalable data pipelines and distributed data architectures.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to identify problems and deliver data-driven solutions.
• Perform exploratory data analysis, statistical modeling, and interpretation to support strategic decision-making.
• Develop deep learning and machine learning models for NLP tasks such as classification, entity recognition, summarization, and sentiment analysis.
• Optimize models for performance, scalability, and accuracy in production environments.
• Stay updated with the latest advancements in NLP, machine learning, and AI research.
• Lead and mentor junior data scientists and contribute to team capability building.
• Ensure best practices in model development, validation, and deployment.
• Communicate complex analytical findings clearly to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
