Inviting applications for the role of Principal Consultant - Solution Architect/POD lead, High Radius
Seeking a talented, motivated individual who can excel in high growth environment. The Solution Architect role is a high impact position that will play a significant role in the continued growth and development.
Responsibilities
Conduct and drive requirements gathering and design sessions with multiple customer stakeholders, keeping the customer focused on the end goal
Conduct as-is and To-Be design sessions
Own the Business process design and solution for a set of projects
Conduct Demo sessions for client stakeholders
Develop a clear knowledge about the customers' current process and deliver the documented To-be solution documents and future processes
Identify solution gaps and develop appropriate gap closure options
Present and discuss the current processes, future state processes and solution options, recommendations, and implications/risks
Directly interact with executives and stakeholders on the customers side to agree on the proposed design and achieve customer buy-in
Establish and maintain strong relationships with product team, engineering teams and client SME's
Able to effectively use the established frameworks in requirement gathering, design documentation and sign off

Minimum Qualifications
BE/B Tech/ MCA/BCA
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Preferred Qualifications/ Skills
High experience in F&A domain (Experience in Order to Cash/ Accounts Receivable is a must)
Knowledge of High Radius tool
Minimum experience as a Solution Architect/ Business Architect/ AR Analyst/ AR Manager or equivalent role demonstrating management and leadership experience, preferably in a fast-paced consulting/professional services set-up
Customer Interaction Skills
Exposure to Integration Mechanism
Goof Knowledge of SQL
Excellent MS office skills
Working knowledge of ERPs like Oracle, SAP or SaaS solutions
Good verbal and written communication skills, appropriate for Executive level communication
