Inviting applications for the role of Manager/ Senior Manager - HRO (Talent Acquisition, P&O Solutions)
Responsibilities
Serve as a subject matter expert on the Workday platform (for defined scope) performing administrative functions including business process administration, security, and Integration support
Strives to automate processes to eliminate waste and drive efficiency in the organization, and leverage return on technological capabilities.
Partner with GPO, COEs and P&O Operations to identify continuous improvement opportunities, drive adoption of global standards Regularly assess current state and proactively identify areas of opportunity for improvement
Serve as an escalation point and lead for process design and system configuration support

Minimum Qualifications
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
Relevant experience in HR Systems, HRIS, Recruiting systemexperience in design usercentrictechnologysolutions
