Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Examine business requirements, functional specifications, and process documentation
- Develop and implement test cases, test scripts, and test scenarios for SAP EAM, ISU, and Retail modules
- Conduct Functional Testing, Integration Testing, System Testing, Regression Testing, and provide UAT support
- Verify comprehensive business processes across SAP and its integrated applications
- Identify, document, track, and retest defects utilizing defect management tools
- Work collaboratively with Functional Consultants, Business Users, Developers, and Project Teams
- Analyze test outcomes and generate testing status reports
- Assist in SIT, UAT, cutover, and post-go-live validation activities
- Ensure adherence to testing standards, methodologies, and industry best practices
- Proficient in SAP EAM Testing
- Background in testing Asset Management processes
- Familiarity with Equipment Master, Functional Locations, Maintenance Orders, Work Orders, Notifications, Preventive Maintenance, and Asset Lifecycle Management
- Validation of Plant Maintenance PM integration with other SAP modules
- Proficient in SAP ISU Testing
- Experience in testing Utility business processes
- Knowledge of Customer Master Data, Device Management, Meter Reading, Billing, Invoicing, Move In/Move Out, and Payment Processing
- Understanding of SAP ISU integrations with SAP CRM, SAP FI/CA, and SAP S/4HANA
- Proficient in SAP Retail Testing
- Experience with SAP Retail functionalities
- Knowledge of Article Master, Merchandise Management, Pricing, Promotions, POS Integration, Assortment Management, Inventory Management, and Procurement processes
- Validation of comprehensive retail business workflows
