Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Engage business partners to gather requirements and translate functional needs into technical/functional specifications for Oracle Fusion SCM solutions.
  • Provide customer service support including tracking incidents, diagnosis, replication, troubleshooting, and resolution of complex and critical cases.
  • Take ownership of customer issues and follow through on all assignments.
  • Consult with management to direct resolution of critical customer situations.
  • Facilitate knowledge transfer through team training sessions and creation/review of Knowledge Articles.
  • Stay up to date on Oracle SCM advancements and recommend best practices and continuous improvements.
  • Contribute to a collaborative, knowledge-sharing team culture.
