About the Role
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Remote Sales Executive to drive sales of the BrassRing Applicant Tracking System (ATS) across global markets. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in B2B SaaS sales, HR technology solutions, or enterprise software sales. This role requires a proactive individual who can build relationships, generate leads, and close deals with businesses across different regions.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and engage potential customers in key global markets, including North America, Europe, and APAC.
- Develop outbound sales strategies, leveraging cold calling, email campaigns, LinkedIn outreach, and networking
- Own the sales cycle from initial outreach to closing deals.
- Work closely with marketing and product teams to improve lead quality and conversion rates.
- Strong Presentation skills
- Understand customer pain points and demonstrate how BrassRing ATS can solve hiring challenges.
- Conduct product demonstrations and webinars tailored to customer needs.
- Stay updated on competitor offerings and market trends.
- Develop and present competitive pricing proposals.
- Handle objections effectively to drive deal closures.
- Work with the customer success team to ensure smooth implementation.
- Provide regular sales reports and forecasts to leadership.
- Offer insights to improve the sales process and customer experience.
Qualifications Experience
Must-Have:
- 3-7 years of sales experience in B2B SaaS, HR tech, ATS platforms, or enterprise software.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in a global market.
- Strong understanding of HR technology and recruitment processes.
- Experience in handling international clients, preferably in North America, Europe, or APAC.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
Preferred:
- Experience selling SaaS products in the HR Tech industry.
- Familiarity with BrassRing ATS or other leading ATS platforms.
- Exposure to sales automation tools (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce, LinkedIn Sales Navigator).
Other Requirements:
- Ability to work in multiple time zones to cater to global clients.
- Strong self-motivation and ability to work independently.
