Primary Research Associate (Finance)

Experience: 1–2 years in Primary Market Research (PMR), preferably within the financial domain (PE/VC, investment research, BFSI, market intelligence, or consulting)

Location: Kolkata (Hybrid) 

Budget - Upto 4 LPA 

Job Responsibilities:

• Conduct primary research through expert interviews, telephonic interviews, surveys, and questionnaires to gather relevant market and industry insights.
• Engage with CXOs, industry experts, and key stakeholders to collect qualitative and quantitative data across various sectors, with a focus on the financial domain.
• Analyze research findings, validate information, and prepare concise summaries and actionable insights for client deliverables.
• Collaborate with internal research teams to support investment research, market intelligence, competitive intelligence, and company profiling projects.
• Ensure high standards of data accuracy, documentation, and timely project execution while adhering to quality guidelines.
• Build rapport with respondents and effectively manage stakeholder interactions in a fast-paced, client-centric environment.

Skill Requirements:

• 1-2 years of experience in Primary Market Research (PMR).
• Strong verbal and written communication skills in English; additional language proficiency is a plus.
• Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets for contact list building and data management.
• Experience with survey tools such as Qualtrics (preferred).
• Experience with email campaign management tools such as Clay.
• Exposure to BI tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or Looker would be an added advantage.
• Ability to multitask, work independently, and manage competing priorities.
• Strong attention to detail, analytical thinking, and problem-solving skills.
