Key Responsibilities:

Pricing & Freight Coordination

• Collaborate with vendors to source ocean freight pricing and freight information.
• Ensure competitive pricing and accurate cost analysis for freight forwarding.

Sales & Quotation Support

• Work closely with the Sales team to provide pricing insights and competitive quotes.
• Assist in preparing detailed quotations for clients, ensuring accuracy and profitability.

Internal & Vendor Coordination

• Liaise with internal teams, including Sales, Operations, and Finance, to streamline pricing strategies.
• Maintain strong relationships with shipping lines, carriers, and freight forwarders to negotiate the best rates.

Market Analysis & Cost Optimization

• Monitor market trends in ocean freight pricing and provide strategic recommendations.
• Identify cost-saving opportunities while maintaining service quality.

Documentation & Compliance

• Ensure all pricing and freight-related documentation is maintained and updated.
• Adhere to international trade regulations and company policies.

Requirements:

• 3-8 years of experience in ocean freight pricing, freight forwarding, or logistics.
• Strong negotiation and analytical skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
• Proficiency in MS Excel, ERP systems, and freight management tools is a plus.
