Role Brief
We are seeking a young, energetic, and passionate Associate Solutions Consultant to support our global MedTech and Healthcare pre-sales initiatives.
This person will work closely with TEL and vendor leadership, product and engineering teams, and Tata Elxsi teams to support client conversations, solution presentations, demos, workshops, proposals, and account research.
This is a high-growth role for someone who wants to build a career at the intersection of AI, Healthcare, MedTech, Software Engineering, and Consulting.
The ideal candidate may not have deep MedTech experience yet but must have strong communication skills, technical curiosity, high ownership, and a genuine passion for healthcare innovation.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Support client discovery meetings, workshops, and solution discussions.
- Prepare client-facing presentations, proposals, demo scripts, and use case briefs.
- Research MedTech, Healthcare, and Life Sciences accounts.
- Translate business and technical problems into clear solution narratives.
- Work closely with partner teams on joint client opportunities.
- Learn and explain ANATEL's autonomous engineering capabilities.
- Support demos around AI, software engineering, regulatory readiness, cybersecurity, data, and cloud modernization.
- Track meeting notes, action items, client requirements, and proposal follow-ups.
- Stay updated on trends in AI, MedTech, Digital Health, and Healthcare technology.
- Experience supporting proposals, RFPs, demos, or client workshops.
Required Skills
- 2 to 4 years of experience in pre-sales, consulting, business analysis, product, technology, or client-facing roles.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong presentation and storytelling ability.
- Strong research and analytical skills.
- Ability to create structured, high-quality PowerPoint presentations and written content.
- High energy, curiosity, ownership, and willingness to learn.
- Ability to work with global clients and cross-functional teams.
- Interest in Healthcare, MedTech, Life Sciences, and AI-native engineering.
Preferred Skills
- Exposure to Healthcare, MedTech, Digital Health, or Life Sciences.
- Awareness of SaMD, regulatory workflows, clinical systems, or quality processes.
- Familiarity with GenAI, AI/ML, cloud platforms, or digital transformation.
Education
- MBA / BE / B.Tech
Experience
- 2 to 4 years of experience in Pre-sales, Consulting, Business Analysis, Product, Technology, or Client-facing roles.
