Position          : Pre-Sales Engineer – Network & Cyber Security

Key Responsibilities:

Network Design & Implementation

×    Create scalable and secure network architectures.

×    Design and deploy LAN, WAN, and wireless networks.

Configuration & Installation

×    Configure routers, switches, firewalls, VPNs, and VoIP systems.

×    Install and support network infrastructure components such as DNS, DHCP, and WAN accelerators.

Maintenance & Troubleshooting

×    Track network performance and resolve issues as they arise.

×    Apply software patches and replace malfunctioning hardware.

Security Management

×    Deploy encryption and other security protocols.

×    Ensure adherence to organizational security policies.

Client Engagement

×    Work with sales teams to understand customer Requirements

×    Conduct meetings to identify technical and business needs.

Solution Design

×    Design and propose networking solutions based on client requirements.

×    Prepare architecture diagrams and technical documentation.

Technical Presentations

×    Conduct product demonstrations and deliver presentations.

×    Help clients understand complex networking concepts in simple terms.

Sales Support

×    Support in preparing proposals, RFPs/RFIs, and pricing models.

×    Provide technical assistance during client meetings & negotiations. 

×    Handle technical objections and confirm feasibility.

Required Skills and Certifications:

·      CCNA CCNP and other Network or Security certifications

·      Strong understanding of networking protocols (TCP/IP, BGP, OSPF, VPN).

·      Security product service like

·        Next Gen AV, EDR, MDR

·        Web security, DLP, Email Security,

·        Cloud security like SASE/CASB, WAF, CSPM, DSPM

·        SIEM, SOC

·        VAPT

·      Experience with Cisco technologies (routers, switches, firewalls).

·      Ability to translate technical solutions into business value.

·      Familiarity with technical sales processes and CRM tools.

·      Strong problem-solving and client relationship management skills.
