Practice Head

This role is responsible for defining, formulating, and driving overall practice strategy, leading go-to-market (GTM) initiatives, and ensuring strategic rollout through teams of consultants. The position requires strong ownership of ICT architecture governance, interface impact analysis, and cross-functional alignment with platform and application teams. The ideal candidate will guide enterprise-level interface strategy, ensure architectural compliance, and support business benefit realization through effective technology decisions.

Responsibilities:

• Create and formulate overall practice strategy, GTM strategy, and drive the rollout of strategic initiatives through consulting teams.
• Develop effective implementation strategies and provide direction on procurement decisions.
• Manage and coordinate end-to-end ICT system architecture across applications and platforms.
• Initiate and lead activities to analyze interface impacts on applications and guide architectural discussions and conformance.
• Lead customer discussions and provide direction on interface decisions, risks, and mitigation strategies.
• Analyze and communicate business benefits enabled by critical interfaces across key products.
• Craft and review interface implementation strategy across applications, ensuring adherence to best practices.
• Work closely with platform architects to ensure application registration and architectural compliance with respect to interfaces.
