Power Platform Senior Developer

Key Responsibilities

• Power Apps Development:
• Design and develop custom Power Apps for user-friendly interfaces
• Configure and customize components based on business needs
• Integrate with Dynamics 365, SharePoint, and other systems
• Power Automate Development:
• Automate business processes to enhance efficiency
• Build complex workflows for approvals, data integration, notifications
• Trigger flows using events from multiple platforms
• Power BI Development:
• Design interactive dashboards and insightful reports
• Connect to data sources and create visualizations
• Distribute insights to stakeholders across channels
• Problem-Solving and Troubleshooting:
• Identify and resolve Power Platform technical issues
• Troubleshoot errors and performance bottlenecks
• Provide end-user support
• Other Responsibilities:
• Stay updated on Power Platform features and best practices
• Help define internal development standards
• Mentor and support team members
• Minimum Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or equivalent experience
• 7+ years of experience as a Microsoft Dynamics developer
• Proven experience with Power Apps development
• Strong skills in data modeling, transformation, and visualization
• Experience with Power Platform, Azure DevOps, Azure Functions, SharePoint, Dataverse
• Proficient in JavaScript and web technologies
• Knowledge of IT project life cycle (planning to implementation)
• In-depth understanding of Power Platform: Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI
• Experience integrating with Dynamics 365
• Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting capabilities
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills
• Ability to multitask in fast-paced environments and work cross-functionally
• Self-motivated, creative, and improvement-oriented
• Preferred Qualifications
• Understanding of DevOps tools and practices
• Microsoft certifications in Dynamics 365 or Power Platform
• Experience working with global teams
• Familiarity with Oracle PL/SQL
