Power BI Architect

Responsibilities:

• Understand business requirements in the BI context and design data models to transform raw data into meaningful insights
• Create dashboards and interactive visual reports using Power BI
• Identify key performance indicators (KPIs) with clear objectives and consistently monitor them
• Analyze data and present it through reports that support decision-making Convert business requirements into technical specifications and set timelines for delivery Create relationships between data and develop tabular/multidimensional models Document charts, algorithms, parameters, models, and relationships
• Demonstrate proficiency in Analysis Services building Tabular & Multidimensional models (OLAP, Cubes) over DW/DM/DB
• Write complex DAX and MDX queries
• Design and guide BI-related IT architecture in existing or new landscapes, ensuring compliance with standards
• Provide blueprinting, gather requirements, and roll out BI solutions to end-users Design conceptual, logical, and physical data models
• Design, develop, test, and deploy Power BI scripts with advanced analytics Analyze current ETL processes and define improvements
• Contribute to data warehouse development using SSAS, SSIS, and SSRS
• Redefine and implement strategic improvements to current BI systems
• Create custom charts and calculations based on user requirements
• Design and deploy business intelligence solutions that meet evolving organizational needs Use SQL queries, filters, and graphs to enhance data comprehension
• Collaborate with users and teams at all levels to drive continuous improvement Required Skills:
• Bachelor s degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field Minimum of 6 years of experience in visual reporting and dashboard development At least 6 years of hands-on Power BI development experience
• Strong expertise in SQL Server
• Excellent proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills
• High attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
