- Strong expertise in Power Apps, Power Automate, Dataverse, AI Builder, and Copilot Studio
- In-depth understanding of platform governance, environment management, DLP policies, and security configurations
- Experience integrating Power Platform with enterprise systems including Azure AD, ServiceNow, SharePoint, and Graph Connectors
- Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, solution lifecycle management, and performance monitoring tools
- Working knowledge of Jira and agile practices such as backlog management, user stories, and release planning
- Ability to collaborate across business and technical teams to resolve issues and deliver solutions
- Strong communication, documentation, and stakeholder engagement capabilities
