Policy Manager- Business Banking

Role & responsibilities

• New policy/ programs: Ideation and formulation of new policy/programs along with product and business teams to cater to avenues in SME Lending within regulatory & compliance framework.
• Existing Policy/Programs: Lead policy / programs modifications and renewals. Work will involve interacting with various stakeholders for driving requisite changes in Policy. Getting approvals for policy with senior management.
• Competition/Banking Network: Applicant is expected to be well networked to do competition benchmarking.
• Industry / sectoral knowledge: Well read an conversant with sectoral and industry trends to identify risks and opportunities.
• Portfolio Management: Monitor portfolio health and delinquency. Identify early warning signals which can be tracked by team. Use data and analytics for portfolio health tracking and systematically improving the Policy and Process
• Driving Digital Initiatives -Implementation of BREs, Scorecards, STP journeys in System.
• Team Management: Lead of team of Policy Managers.
