Master's Degree
Essential Technical And Professional Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in commerce, Finance, Business Administration, or a similar discipline.
- 4-8 years of experience in PMO, project management, transition management, or business operations.
- Experience in Shared Services, Global Business Services (GBS), or Finance & Accounting operations is preferred.
- PMP, PRINCE2, Agile, or equivalent certifications are advantageous.
- Proficient in project planning and coordination.
- Advanced skills in MS Excel and PowerPoint.
- Familiarity with project management tools such as MS Project, Smartsheet, JIRA, or Azure DevOps.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to juggle multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.
- Governance compliance and audit readiness.
- Resource utilization and budget management.
- Transition and transformation project experience.
- Knowledge of Finance & Accounting processes (PTP, OTC, RTR).
