Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities:

Financial Reporting & Analysis

  • Track and report project budgets, forecasts, actuals, and variances.
  • Prepare monthly and quarterly financial dashboards for leadership.
  • Support invoicing, revenue recognition, and cost tracking activities.

Delivery Support

  • Assist the Delivery Manager with day-to-day operational tasks, including resource planning, milestone tracking, and risk management.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams to gather timely updates and support reporting requirements.
  • Maintain project documentation and ensure alignment with delivery standards.

Excel Expertise

  • Build and maintain advanced Excel models for financial tracking and reporting.
  • Automate templates, dashboards, and reports using formulas, pivot tables, charts, and macros.
  • Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and quality across all reporting outputs.

Governance & Process Adherence

  • Monitor adherence to PMO processes, governance mechanisms, and delivery frameworks.
  • Support internal audits, compliance checks, and documentation reviews.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvements and contribute to best practice implementation.
