Key Responsibilities:

  • Project Tracking & Reporting:
  • Assist in the tracking of project progress, ensuring key milestones are met.
  • Prepare and distribute regular status reports and dashboards for stakeholders.
  • Monitor project timelines and ensure compliance with project schedules.
  • Maintain project documentation, including project plans, schedules, and budgets.
  • PMO Process & Methodology Support:
  • Ensure project management methodologies, tools, and templates are followed consistently across all projects.
  • Assist in the creation, implementation, and continuous improvement of PMO processes.
  • Support project managers in maintaining consistent project governance.
  • Resource Management Support:
  • Assist in tracking resource allocation and availability for ongoing projects.
  • Help coordinate project team activities and assist in managing resources effectively.
  • Identify potential resource constraints and escalate to leadership when necessary.
  • Stakeholder Communication:
  • Serve as a liaison between project teams and PMO leadership.
  • Assist in preparing presentations for senior leadership and other stakeholders.
  • Facilitate meetings, such as project kick-offs, status meetings, and post-project reviews.
  • Risk & Issue Management:
  • Support the identification, monitoring, and reporting of project risks and issues.
  • Assist project managers in developing mitigation strategies and maintaining issue logs.
