Roles and Responsibilities

• Implement, configure, and integrate platform solutions to meet business needs and optimize performance
• Develop, maintain, and enhance applications using full stack technologies including Java, HTML, JavaScript, and other frontend/backend frameworks
• Monitor platform performance, identify issues, and perform troubleshooting and maintenance activities to ensure smooth operations
• Identify opportunities for process improvements, recommend solutions, and implement automation where applicable to improve efficiency
• Collaborate with developers, analysts, project managers, and other stakeholders to align platform solutions with business objectives
• Lead technical initiatives, mentor team members, and guide best practices in software development and platform management
• Ensure compliance with security, performance, and scalability standards for deployed solutions
