• 10-20 years of experience in manufacturing, expertise in industrial relations and contract labour management

• Manage human resources in a plant setting, oversee recruitment, and handle union negotiations

Qualification: Graduate/Diploma/MBA -HR.

Job Profile: 60% Recruitment and 40% Generalist Profile.

Salary: 30kpm to 50kpm

Job Location: Vadodara, Kachchh, sanand

Candidate Residence: Dadar to Daisar

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Manage and supervise administrative staff to ensure smooth office operations.

• Develop, implement, and improve office policies and procedures.
