Job description

Responsibilities:

• Safety of people plant equipment should be the topmost priorities and should provide training to workmen to sustain our EHS performance.
• Daily, weekly monthly production planning as per the order booking on the merchandise plant.
• Planning of raw materials moulds along with the maintenance team for timely execution of orders.
• Inform the tentative delivery date of orders to the S OP team to inform the customer managers.
• Timely execution of production, in process control, finished goods testing, so that correct quality products become ready
• in the plant as per committed delivery date.
• Ensure dispatch of goods to customers with correct quality correct documents.
• Product cost calculation and inform the marketing team.
• Coordination with QC team and developing new products as per market needs.
• visit customer site in case of customer claims to resolve the issues.

Profile Competencies:

Education and Experience requirements:

• B.Tech/Diploma (in Ceramics) with 4-5 years experience in operation of Brick Plant (Like Knowledge of Mixing, Pressing Tunnel kiln operation).
• Knowledge, skills, abilities and other characteristics:
• Should have good computer knowledge of google sheets/doc/slides. Good communication skill in English (Writing speaking) should get preference.
