Planning & Scheduling - WFM

Responsibilities:

• Lead workforce planning and scheduling activities to ensure optimal staffing and resource utilization.
• Analyze historical data and forecast staffing requirements based on business trends and volumes.
• Develop and maintain scheduling models to meet service level targets and operational goals.
• Collaborate with operations and leadership teams to manage headcount, shrinkage, and productivity metrics.
• Monitor real-time performance and make adjustments to align with business needs.
• Generate and present WFM reports, dashboards, and insights for strategic decision-making.
• Identify process improvement opportunities within planning and scheduling functions.
