Job Responsibilities :-

• Build and maintain relationships with industry professionals, companies, and organizations to establish recruitment partnerships.
• Identify and onboard new companies for internships and placements through networking, events, and outreach.
• Assist students in preparing for placement by conducting workshops on resume writing, interview skills, and professional etiquette.
• Organize campus placement drives, job fairs, and recruitment events in collaboration with companies.
• Coordinate with employers to schedule interviews, tests, and other recruitment-related activities.
• Plan and implement skill development programs, including soft skills, aptitude training, and domain-specific technical skills.
• Collaborate with faculty to integrate employability skills into the curriculum, Student Data Management .
