Placement Manager

Placement & Career Support:

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with corporate recruiters and HR professionals.
• Organize campus recruitment drives, job fairs, and networking events.
• Ensure maximum placement opportunities for students across different domains.
• Identify job opportunities relevant to students academic background and skills.

Internship Coordination:

• Collaborate with companies to provide internship opportunities for students.
• Ensure students gain hands-on experience through industry projects and training programs.
• Monitor and assess student internship performance and feedback.

Industry & Alumni Relations:

• Establish partnerships with industries, corporate firms, and government organizations.
• Develop and maintain alumni networks for better job and internship opportunities.
• Collaborate with professional bodies and chambers of commerce for industry exposure.

Data Management & Reporting:

• Maintain student placement records and prepare reports for university management.
• Track recruitment trends and suggest improvements in training programs.
• Ensure compliance with university policies and industry standards.

Required Qualifications & Skills:

• Master's degree in HR, Business Administration, Education, or a related field.
• Additional certifications in career counselling, training, or HR management are a plus.

Experience:

3 -6years of experience in placement, corporate relations.
