Adhere to standard operating procedures (SOPs) and work instructions.
Provide inputs to modify, update, or design SOPs and work instructions.
Follow escalation processes and shift hand-over procedures.
Update and maintain the knowledge base.
Coach freshers to become independent and analysts on correct ticket routing and capturing critical information.
Perform technical upgrades across environment versions when required.
Manage independent shifts efficiently.
Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
Participate in CoE meetings for knowledge sharing and acquisition.
Join Sev1 / Bridge calls as required.
