We are looking for a Pharma Recruiter to join our team in Bhopal. The ideal candidate will have 0-1 years of experience in US staffing and a strong interest in the pharmaceutical industry.

Responsibilities

• Source and recruit candidates for pharma-related roles in the US market
• Conduct initial phone screens and interviews to assess candidate qualifications and fit
• Maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for ongoing and upcoming roles
• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and candidate profiles
• Manage candidate communication and scheduling throughout the recruitment process
• Utilize job boards, social media, and other sourcing channels to identify potential candidates

Skills and Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field
• 0-1 years of experience in US staffing, preferably in the pharmaceutical industry
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and sourcing tools
• Understanding of US labor laws and regulations
